Halos Superhero

Let's Get Started

1. Step 1

   To make your superhero, cut out a strip of colored paper that’s 6" long and around 2¼" wide. Wrap the strip around one end of a toilet paper tube and use clear tape to set it in place.

   To make your superhero, cut out a strip of colored paper that’s 6" long and around 2¼" wide. Wrap the strip around one end of a toilet paper tube and use clear tape to set it in place. STEP 2 To make the arms, draw a set of two parallel lines on each side of the tube above the colored paper. The lines should extend from the top of the colored paper to the top of the tube. Cut out the parts of the tube in between both sets of lines, which will create two arms. Fold a ¼" piece on each end of the arms to make hands, and then fold the arms into whichever position you would like, or tape or glue the hands to the base of the tube to make the hands rest on the hips.

   

3. Step 3

   To make the uniform, add colorful tape to the arms and around the middle of the base of the tube to create a belt. Place a sticker in the center of the tube above the belt.

   

4. Step 4

   For the head, cut a mask shape similar to a “B” out of colored tape and stick it onto a Wonderful Halos mandarin. With a black marker, draw pupils onto two small white dot stickers to make eyes, and stick them onto the mask. Use a food coloring marker to draw hair onto the Wonderful Halos mandarin.

   

5. Step 5

6. Great job!

   To make a cape, cut a large triangular shape out of colored paper. Tape the top end to the inside of the back of the body’s base. Feel free to fold the cape down or leave it up. Place the superhero head onto the base of the body.
