Let's Get Started

1. Step 1

   Peel a Halos mandarin and separate it into segments.

   Place two segments onto a cutting board facing in opposite directions to create a ‘V’. ‍

2. Step 2

   Use the knife to cut a small piece on each end of the segment, at an angle about 1/3”.

3. Step 3

   Slide the two halves together to make a heart shape.

   

4. Step 4

   Cut a string and place one end under the heart to make a balloon.

   

5. Step 5

6. Great job!

   Repeat steps above 3x.

   *Make sure to remove the string before serving to children.
