Coconut and almond chia pudding sits under a frozen Wonderful Halos smoothie. Make the chia layer and freeze peeled Halos the night before, for an easy morning meal or snack.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, almonds, coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla; mix well. Cover and let sit for 1 to 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, for the smoothie: in a powerful blender combine the frozen Wonderful Halos and mango. Add the pineapple juice and blend to make a thick smoothie. Add more pineapple juice as needed to blend.
- Spoon chia pudding into the bottom of small glasses. Top with the Wonderful Halos smoothie and garnish with extra almonds and fresh Wonderful Halos segments.
