Mandarin Beef with Ramen Noodles

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- In a small bowl, combine the zest and juice of 3 Wonderful Halos mandarins with the garlic and soy sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch and cold water. Add the cornstarch mixture to the bowl with the soy sauce.
- Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over high heat. Working in batches, brown beef on all sides, 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a plate.
- Lower heat to medium and pour sauce mixture into skillet. Boil until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Return beef to skillet and add Wonderful Halos segments and green onions. Toss until coated and heated through.
- Into the pot of boiling water, add ramen. Cook until tender, about 3 minutes, then remove from heat and drain the water. Toss the ramen with sesame oil. Add the juice of 1 Wonderful Halos mandarin. Serve the beef over the noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds.
