Mandarin Hazelnut Crepes

Instructions
- Crack eggs into a blender, add milk and blend. Add flour and salt to combine.
- Pour the melted butter into the running blender until mixture is just combined. Add the mandarin zest and blend once more to create a smooth, consistent batter.
- Place batter in the fridge to rest for one hour.
- Pour ¼ cup batter into a non-stick crepe or heavy-bottom pan on medium heat, and swirl to coat. Cook crepe for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Remove from the pan and spread Nutella on the warm crepe, being careful not to tear. Add mandarin segments and fold the crepe. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Dust crepes with powdered sugar before serving.
